All attendees, speakers, performers, and staff at Frontiers are required to comply with the following Code of Conduct, both at the conference and connected events. Frontiers will work diligently to enforce this code and expects cooperation from everyone to ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment.
Frontiers is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, ethnicity, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
Frontiers reserves the right to take any action deemed appropriate in response to violations, from warning the offender to immediately expelling them from the conference without refund.
If you notice any violations of this code or have other concerns, please contact a member of the Frontiers staff immediately. If you do not wish to speak in person, or prefer to talk privately or electronically, you may email firstname.lastname@example.org. Any reports will be handled in the strictest confidence.
